I have lost my oxygen mask. Again.
I have been clinging to my good moments.
To when I was feeling great.
Connected and present.
And that does not feel any good.
This is not the first time.
I have even written about it.
And shared my lessons.
Despite that, I have fallen again.
Back to the starting point.
Back to doubt, to restlessness.
But there is a difference now.
I am seeing this happening in real time.
And I am using my writings, my pen and my readers to reconnect.
To receive encouragement.
To admit my mistakes.
To regain momentum.
Because “I must keep reminding myself of this”.
Because I am not alone in this.
Because this is not an easy moment for anyone.
Because, when we reach a peak, we inevitably fall down again.
Because falling off the path is not an option, it is inevitable.
Because all experiences have a beginning, a duration and an end.
So, please, be kind with yourself when this happens.
Because, the higher you climb, the louder the fall becomes.
And the more you transform, the more a quick return to old patterns seems like a defeat.
Remember that change is taking place.
Because now you know what is happening.
And you are here, alive and breathing. Reading this.
Realising the progress you have made.
That it won’t be the last time you fall.
And that getting back up is already much easier.
I wish you a good rise.
As you climb up the hill again.
With less effort than ever before.
With kindness,
— Livio

Livio, Just as good times come and go, so do struggles. We grow from each. Look toward the dawn my friend. D
Great to see, Livio. You may not realise this, but you are an inspiration to others! Keep walking, you're doing great!
